Concert Videos

Nearly every LIVE-GYM concert that B'z has performed has been subject to filming. Beginning with the DVD release of B'z LIVE-GYM 2006 "MONSTER'S GARAGE" in late 2006, all mainline B'z shows have been released on home video shortly after their conclusion. Prior releases had been selectively released with the unreleased shows being sampled during television appearances, in commercials, and the fanclub "bootleg" releases.

The tours and special events listed below are those that have not been released in full. Those that have been sampled or excerpted on other releases are annotated as such.

Special Events

Unreleased, but briefly featured in B'z Official Bootleg Hidden Treasure ~Typhoon No.20~ sent out to fanclub members for the band's 20th anniversary.
The music video that resulted from the day of filming has been released as part of B'z The Best XXV 1999-2012's limited edition. However, footage of the other songs performed—"ZERO" and then-recent single "girigiri chop"—have not been released.
The B'z portion of the show remains unreleased. Their live collaboration with Aerosmith, in which the two bands performed "Train Kept A Rollin'" together, was included in the former's DVD Aerosmith: Live in Japan released worldwide in 2007.
Not released in full, but the complete performances of singles "MY LONELY TOWN", "Ichibu to Zenbu", and "DIVE" from the show were included in the documentary Magical Backstage Tour 2009 released in the limited edition of the year's studio album MAGIC.
A special charity event organized by members of American rock band Linkin Park to aid tsunami victims, with B'z invited to perform as special guests. To gain a pair of tickets, fans had to raise $500 for relief efforts and would then be able to attend a secret show at a small venue.
The event was held on September 28, 2011, in the midst of B'z LIVE-GYM 2011 -C'mon-. The 1,000-ticket show took place at Shibuya-AX only months after B'z had wrapped their then most recent foray into North America with B'z LIVE-GYM 2011 -long time no see-. To gain tickets to the event, attendees collected points associated with various Pepsi-themed promotions and redeemed them online in order to be entered into a lottery for a chance to win. A number of songs from C'mon would be included in the setlist along with a number of new and old singles, including "ZERO", "Liar! Liar!", "Ichibu to Zenbu", and "Sayonara Kizu Darake no Hibi yo".
Tickets to the event were available exclusively through a promotion tied into the band's 50th single "GO FOR IT, BABY -Kioku no Sanmyaku-". Those that purchased the single were given the opportunity to redeem a card within that gave a chance at winning some of the very limited tickets to see B'z at two smaller venues: Namba Hatch in Osaka on August 30 and Studio Coast in Tokyo on September 1. Amongst the songs performed were all five tracks from the then-recently released self-titled English debut album that featured English versions of "Ai no Bakudan", "ultra soul", "juice", "SPLASH!", and "Samayoeru Aoi Dangan". Fellow singles "Shoudou" and "MOTEL" also made their return to the stage after several years of absence.
Partially released in early 2015 as a bonus disc in the limited edition of the band's fifty-first single "Uchouten". The disc features half of the setlist—primarily the songs from the setlist not more recently featured in the then-release home video release of B'z LIVE-GYM Pleasure 2013 ENDLESS SUMMER -XXV BEST-.

Music Videos

Since 2009's single "MY LONELY TOWN", it has become commonplace for the band to issue special editions of new singles that contain both the original CD and a bonus DVD containing the music video for the title song. Prior to this, official releases of the band's music videos were rare and generally witnessed only on Japanese music channels and news coverage. The primary exception to this is the 1990 home video FILM RISKY, which was a collection of connected music videos that were filmed specifically for the release.

In 2013, to celebrate the band's 25th anniversary, two compilation albums—B'z The Best XXV 1988-1998 and B'z The Best XXV 1999-2012—were released with bonus DVD discs containing music videos for all fifty singles released to that time. For the singles that never had a dedicated music video filmed, live performances were substituted in their place. Notably, a partially filmed aborted version of "Mienai Chikara ~INVISIBLE ONE~" was released on the set for the very first time.

The dedicated music videos produced for albums, which contained brief portions of all songs on a given album, have not yet been released in full and have only thus far been aired on television. The music video for "BAD COMMUNICATION" has also not received a full video release.
