B'z LIVE-GYM Pleasure 2018 -HINOTORI- is a Pleasure LIVE-GYM by B'z set to take place from July 7, 2018 through a finale on September 22, 2018. The Pleasure tour is the tenth of its kind and is set to commemorate the band's 30th anniversary in the music scene. Notably, it is their first to feature a Japanese word in its title (HINOTORI, or "Phoenix"). Unlike previous anniversary finales, the final show is set to take place at Ajinomoto Stadium, with Nissan Stadium being played on earlier dates.

During the Nissan Stadium performances on August 4 and 5, in the "LOVE PHANTOM" segment, Koshi re-enacts the legendary death-defying leap, known as the Phantom Dive, first introduced in 1995's "BUZZ!!" Pleasure tour and reappearing briefly in the finale of 2003's The Final Pleasure. Popular single "ALONE" was re-introduced on both dates of Nissan Stadium, with Koshi playing the piano similar to that of "BUZZ!!" in 1995, preceded by Tak's solo of "When You Wish Upon a Star". The rap portion of "ZERO" featured Ryuichi Kosugi from Japanese comedy duo BLACK MAYONNAISE on vocals, dressed as a security guard, similar to B'z LIVE-GYM 2002 "GREEN ~GO★FIGHT★WIN~". Finally, another notable change was made for the encore performance of "Brotherhood", where the band moved to a smaller stage to play before moving back to the main stage to finish the remaining songs on the setlist.

On the first day of the Fukuoka Yahuoku! Dome performance, vocalist Koshi Inaba needed to take a 10 minute break before performing the third song, "Mienai Chikara ~INVISIBLE ONE~", due to irregularities with his voice which started with the opening song "ultra soul". On the same date, "Koubou" was also cut from the setlist for the first time on this tour.

A home video release of B'z LIVE-GYM Pleasure 2018 -HINOTORI- was released on March 13, 2019.
