B'z LIVE-GYM '99 "Brotherhood" was a LIVE-GYM tour held by B'z in 1999. The tour ran from July 9, 1999 to September 25, 1999. The tour was held in support of the band's tenth studio album, Brotherhood. The full finale to the main leg of the tour as held at Nissan Stadium was released on home video as once upon a time in Yokohama ~B'z LIVE GYM'99 "Brotherhood"~ in August of 2000 on VHS. The show was promptly issued on DVD in March 2001 along with three other older home videos by the band.

A great deal of backstage, rehearsal, and otherwise unreleased live footage from the tour can be glimpsed as part of the band's 1999 documentary The true meaning of "Brotherhood"?. Additionally, a performance of "HOME" from B'z LIVE-GYM '99 "Brotherhood" -Extra- was made available as one of four bonus videos available to early purchasers of B'z The Best "Pleasure II". A live recording of "F・E・A・R" also performed during the -Extra- portion was made available as one of six exclusive tracks included in The Complete B'z released in 2005.

Notably, it was with this tour that B'z began their "Meet & Greet" program in which fanclub members would be chosen at random for a special photo opportunity with the band before select shows.

The middle of the three Intermission shows in Miyazaki featured a slightly scrambled setlist, which contained the same songs but with Brotherhood album track "Ikasete Okure!" played in place of "LOVE PHANTOM" and "BAD COMMUNICATION" played in the encore in place of "ONE".

For the tour finale in Kyoto, B'z pulled out all the stops and performed one of their longest shows to date: a 27-song setlist with virtually all of the songs performed for the tour to date packed into a show that consisted of a five-song encore.
