B'z LIVE-GYM '96 "Spirit LOOSE" was a LIVE-GYM tour held by B'z in 1996. The tour ran from March 15, 1996 to July 06, 1996. The shows were held in support of the band's best-selling studio album to date, LOOSE.

The show has not been released in full on home video. However, excerpted performances from the tour have been released over time. Foremost, as part of 2008's B'z The Best "ULTRA Pleasure", fans were given a performance of "love me, I love you" as part of its limited edition. This was followed later in the year by B'z LIVE-GYM Hidden Pleasure ~Typhoon No.20~ which included full versions of "Negai", "Real Thing Shakes", "Mienai Chikara ~INVISIBLE ONE~", and the action short film featuring Tak and Koshi that was projected to audiences prior to the open of the show. Most recently, in 2013, B'z The Best XXV 1988-1998 included a previously unreleased performance of "MOVE" from the tour as the song's substitute music video.
