Merry X'Mas ~ Mary Had a Little Lamb/Silent Night was a special event by B'z and Mr. Children that took place on Christmas Day in 1994. B'z performed under the name "Melon de Melon" (メロンdeメロン) while two of their managers performed as the opening act under the name "M'z".

The B'z setlist included ten songs, beginning with an acoustic rendition of their Christmas classic, "Itsuka no Merry Christmas". The setlist also included a cover of the 1975 Banban song "'Ichigo Hakusho' wo Mou Ichido", which Tak would later include as one of the rock covers present on his 2003 album THE HIT PARADE.
