B'z Wiki:Update Guide
This page serves as a reference for which existing pages need to be updated in the event of a new release.
When a new single is announced, the following pages need to be updated:
- B'z (Discography Section) — Add single title to listing
- B'z Singles — Add new single to table
- B'z Lyrics & Translations — Add new single to able
- B'z 歌詞 (Japanese Version) — Add original Japanese titles to table
- B'z Lyrics & Translations (Alphabetical Version) — Add any new songs
- B'z Sales Records — Add new entry for single to table along with available sales data
- B'z Tie-in Promotions — Add new entry for any songs with tie-in promotions
- B'z Support Members — Update existing member profiles with song credits and add new profiles for newcomers
When a new album is announced, the following pages need to be updated:
- B'z (Discography Section) — Add album title to listing
- B'z Albums — Add new album to table
- B'z Lyrics & Translations — Add new album to table
- B'z 歌詞 (Japanese Version) — Add original Japanese titles to table
- B'z Lyrics & Translations (Alphabetical Version) — Add any new songs
- B'z Sales Records — Add new entry for album to table along with available sales data
- B'z Tie-in Promotions — Add new entry for any songs with tie-in promotion
- B'z Support Members — Update existing member profiles with song credits and add new profiles for newcomers
When a new home video is announced, the following pages need to be updated:
- B'z (Discography Section) — Add home video title to listing with formats
- B'z Home Videos —
- B'z Songs on Home Video — Add new song titles for new songs and add new entries to existing titles for the release; also ensure the Songs Not Included on Home Video section is up to date with any older songs now premiering on home video being moved to the main section
- B'z Sales Records — Add new entry for home video to table along with available sales data
- LIVE-GYM
When a new LIVE-GYM or SHOWCASE is announced, the following pages need to be updated:
- B'z (Discography Section) — Add LIVE-GYM title to listing with formats
- LIVE-GYM — Add new LIVE-GYM to table
- Live Venues — Add all venues and tour dates; create new live venue entry for new entries
- B'z Songs by LIVE-GYM —
- B'z Support Members — Update existing member profiles with song credits and add new profiles for newcomers
When a new TV appearance is announced, the following pages need to be updated:
- B'z Television Appearances — Add new entry to table with appropriate color according to legend
When a new Koshi Inaba or Tak Matsumoto solo work is announced, the following pages need to be updated:
- Solo Works — For new albums, singles, or home videos for Koshi Inaba or Tak Matsumoto
- B'z Lyrics & Translations — Koshi Inaba or Tak Matsumoto Sections
- B'z 歌詞 (Japanese Version) — 稲葉浩志 or 松本孝弘 Sections
- B'z Tie-in Promotions — Add new entry for songs with tie-in promotions to either Koshi Inaba or Tak Matsumoto sections
- B'z Support Members — Update existing member profiles with song credits and add new profiles for newcomers
- Live Venues — Add all venues and tour dates for solo shows; create new live venue entry for new entries
When B'z performs a song that has not been performed before, the following pages need to be updated:
- B'z Songs Never Performed Live — Remove song from page, and if all songs have now been performed (from a given album), put "All songs performed live." in its place
When a new English song is announced, the following pages need to be updated:
- B'z English Songs — Add new entry to table, includes live only performances
