B'z LIVE-GYM 2008 "ACTION" was a LIVE-GYM tour held by B'z in 2008. The tour ran from January 28, 2008 to August 17, 2008. The shows toured the entirety of Japan, with eighteen hall performances and thirty-five reserved for arenas.

Footage of the tour went unreleased during the year, with the band's ensuing twentieth anniversary tour of B'z LIVE-GYM Pleasure 2008 -GLORY DAYS- taking precedent and receiving the home video treatment only a few months after it took place. Four years later, to kick off the band's 25th anniversary year, it was announced to fanclub members on November 19, 2012 that three previously unreleased LIVE-GYMs would be making their way to home video in three consecutive months to begin the new year. B'z LIVE-GYM 2008 -ACTION- was announced to be the first of the three, with DVD and Blu-ray editions announced for a January 30, 2013 release. The home video was filmed July 5-6 during the band's performances at Nippon Gaishi Hall in Nagoya Prefecture, Japan.
