LOVE PHANTOM is the eighteenth single by B'z, released on October 11, 1995.
The single debuted at the top of the Weekly Oricon Singles chart with the band's largest sales debut to date, with 951,000 copies sold in the first week alone. The single sold its way to number one for October 1995, fifth for November, and tenth for all of 1995. After spending 22 weeks on the charts, the single was certified Million by the Recording Industry Association of Japan for its sales in excess of 1.8 million copies, their second highest sales for a single. Later, it would also be certified Gold for its sales as a full ringtone as well, in addition to being named one of the Best 5 Singles at the 10th Japan Gold Disc Awards.
