Music Station (ミュージックステーション) is a weekly music program that airs on TV Asahi that debuted in 1989. B'z have made the program their television home, with over 50 performances and appearances on the program to date with additional appearances as solo artists as well. From 1992 to 2016, the theme song to the program was Tak Matsumoto's "#1090 ~Thousand Dreams~". In 2016, with the release of his studio album enigma, the release's bonus track "#1090 ~Million Dreams~" became the theme. The ending theme has been the melodic reversion of the original song, newly titled "#1090 [Sen Mu Ichiya]", since 2002.

In addition to playing host to many of Japan's top music acts over its long tenure, the program also routinely serves as a platform for international music acts of all sorts on their stops in Japan, including Maroon 5, Christina Aguilera, Taylor Swift, Linkin Park, Oasis, One Direction, Bruno Mars, Mariah Carey, Beyoncé, Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, and many more.

Beginning in 1992, the program also began holding an annual "SUPER LIVE" near the end of each year in the form of a three-to-four hour special. The events generally host roughly thirty to forty acts on a given night. The program also occasionally hosts seasonal programs of varying lengths but generally between two-to-three hours.
