B'z LIVE-GYM 2003 "BIG MACHINE" was a LIVE-GYM tour held by B'z in 2003. The tour ran from November 20, 2003 to December 27, 2003. The shows were held in support of their thirteenth studio album BIG MACHINE.

The tour has never been released in full on home video. However, video footage from the tour has made its way to fans in excerpt form. Firstly, in 2005, a video performance of "ultra soul" was released as part of the digital download offering to early purchasers of B'z The Best "Pleasure II". In 2008, a full performance of "Don't Leave Me" was included as part of B'z The Best "ULTRA Pleasure", followed by "Arakure" and Tak Matsumoto solo song "Hana" being included as part of B'z LIVE-GYM Hidden Pleasure ~Typhoon No.20~.
